(EDIT: No, it's not. The Crimean War took place in the 1850s. This story takes place somewhere around the 1890s. Which means that, if the current story is about 1897, then this scene is, judging from Lavi's height and size here, from somewhere around 1894 or so. Of course, this *IS* a fictitious 1890s world, but...)

The fact that Allen "knows" these details about Lavi indicates to me that to some degree this is Lavi's own construct as well -- how could Road know all that about Lavi, if he didn't supply the construct in some fashion?

I'm not entirely sure WHY Evil!Lavi used Hi Ban on Allen instead of just hitting him with a blast of energy, but whatever. Maybe that's Lavi's worst fear--using his own attacks on someone important to him like Allen is?

I'm not entirely sure why Allen's hand is upright like that. It's not all burnt (the black left hand is normal, in case you forgot -- his new arm is black, not red)
